Summer 2026 will be remembered for Jersey's record-breaking temperatures, but for Team Alex Picot it was also a remarkable summer of challenges.
Our accountants were out in force, lacing up their trainers, picking up the baton and crossing finishing lines as they tackled a variety of physical, personal and team challenges at home and further afield.
Huge congratulations to everyone who committed to the training, embraced the challenge and showed up on the day.
Your dedication, determination and team spirit have been truly inspiring.
IRONMAN Tours Metropole - Loire Valley
Spencer Woolley completed the IRONMAN Tours Metropole
Huge congratulations to our very own Ironman, on an incredible achievement at the IRONMAN Tours Metropole - Loire Valley in June.
Spencer completed the race in an outstanding 12 Hours, three minutes and 13 seconds, placing 50th out of 156 competitors in his age group. Taking on an Ironman is no small feat, requiring months of dedication, discipline and determination and we were very proud of Spencer.
June 48 mile Island Walk
Great to see Alex Picot represented with two relay teams and one solo walker in the TMF Group Island Walk
Eight of our staff made up two relay teams to take on the cliff paths of Jersey while Norbert Karwowski completed the gruelling 48 miles solo. Absolutely brilliant achievement all round.
Canaccord Wealth Corporate Cup - weekly 5km race series
The 'Alex Picot Scrambled Legs' team succeeded in completing another annual run series and recorded some personal bests along the way. Well done to all runners who contributed to the team effort.
Swim Run Jersey
Norbert Karwowski continued his endeavours after the Island Walk to complete his first Swim Run event in September. Congratulations on achieving an impressive place in this event.
