Leader in Wellbeing Awards

Having been secretly nominated by their team at Alex Picot, the Partners are shocked but delighted to have been shortlisted for Best Workplace Culture and The Healthiest Workplace in the Jersey's first ever Leader in Wellbeing Awards.

Founder of Leaders in WellBeing and Director of WellBeing World and WellBeing At Work, Beverley Le Cuirot commented:  “Promoting a culture that improves the health and wellbeing of employees is good management and leads to healthy and productive workplaces. High levels of physical and psychological wellbeing amongst employees has shown to lead to lower absence levels; attraction and retention of talented people; and more satisfied customers, clients and service users.” 

The winners will be announced at the Leaders in WellBeing Summit on 28th June.
