David Picot
David has responsibilities for company and trust administration and local accounting and auditing. He is a past chairman of the Jersey Association of Practising Chartered and Certified Accountants. Born in Jersey and educated at Victoria College, David joined Alex Picot, qualified in 1975 and became a partner in 1978. He represented Jersey in show jumping, and was an amateur jockey. He was District Commissioner of the Jersey Pony Club and is now Joint Master of the Jersey Drag Hunt. He is the president of The Lions Club of Jersey which is involved in major fund raising activities. David is married to Anne and they have three children.

Andrew Le Cheminant
Andrew has responsibilities for trusts and company administration. He was born in Jersey and educated at Victoria College before training with Alex Picot. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and broadened his experience by working with an international firm before rejoining Alex Picot. He became a partner in 1990, with responsibilities for audit and business services before moving into trust and company work. Andrew is married to Sue and they have two children.

Derek Rhodes
Derek specialises in the formation and administration of companies and trusts, liaising with the firm’s global network, GMN International. He was born in Stockton-on–Tees. Derek obtained an honours degree in accounting and econometrics at Manchester University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey. Derek worked with Coopers & Lybrand in New Zealand, Australia, the Virgin Islands and Bahrain. He joined Alex Picot in 1993 as audit manager and became a partner in 1997. He indulges his favourite sports, which include golf, tennis, squash and sailing Hobiecats. Derek is married to Fran and they have three children.

Stephen Phillips
Stephen has responsibility for company and trust administration, accountancy services and pensions. He audits a wide range of clients from public companies to private businesses and advises on corporate taxation, investigations and acquisitions. He was born in Swindon in 1969. After graduating from Oxford Polytechnic, where he studied Business, he moved to Jersey in 1989. Stephen joined Alex Picot, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993, became audit manager in 1997 and became a partner in 2000.He is married to Sarah and they have three children. Stephen plays golf and squash.

Don Connolly
Don is responsible for a wide variety of audit clients including the audits of many local businesses and groups, investment structures and trust companies, together with associated accountancy and tax work. Don was born in Cork in 1976 and studied accountancy in Ireland for three years before moving to Jersey and joining Alex Picot in 1997. He is a member of ACCA, was appointed audit manager in 2004 and became a partner in 2007. He is married to Kelly and they have one child. Don has a keen interest in motorsport and enjoys playing golf and tennis.
